Ordering terms

Canine Living is operated by Stephen Meredith, sole trader. Our business and returns address is The Grange, Berrington, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY5 6HB. Email info@pondandpump.co.uk. We are not VAT registered; no VAT is added to our displayed prices.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and include standard delivery to eligible postcodes. Other destinations need an agreed delivery quote before payment. Checkout shows your complete payable total before you continue to Stripe. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe.

Order acknowledgement and acceptance

Payment and an automated receipt acknowledge your order request. They do not confirm acceptance. We check supplier stock and delivery arrangements, then expressly confirm acceptance by email. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment taken. Your contract is with Canine Living, which remains responsible for delivery and customer support.

Products and fulfilment

Products may be sent directly from a supplier or from stock held by Canine Living. All products in the current collection require home assembly. Wood-effect finishes use engineered boards and steel. Check the exact model, usable interior dimensions where verified, accessories and assembly information before ordering. Contact us about unverified measurements before choosing a crate. Styling items are not included. Edited product and room-setting images are illustrative; rely on the stated model specifications.

Returns, faults and privacy

You have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel a standard online purchase, followed by 14 days to send it back. Change-of-mind return collections arranged by us cost £5 per parcel; Canine Living pays any additional collection cost. Faulty or incorrect-item return costs are covered by us.
