Delivery information for Canine Living orders.
Delivery included where available
Displayed prices include standard delivery to eligible postcodes. We will check the destination and show the full amount before you place an order.
Coverage is not yet confirmed for Scottish Highlands and Lowlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands or other remote addresses. Please do not assume these areas are included.
Estimated timing
For eligible UK mainland addresses, allow an estimated 1–5 working days after dispatch. Some warehouse shipments may take 4–8 days. These estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date; stock and the product’s actual dispatch location must be confirmed before ordering.
Large furniture deliveries
Large or heavy items may arrive by a kerbside service, with the courier arranging a day by telephone. Carrying furniture into your home, upstairs delivery and assembly are not included. Access and delivery arrangements will be explained before an order is accepted.
Assembly & accessories
All crates in this collection require home assembly. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Lamps, plants and other styling accessories are not included. A cushion is included only where the individual description says so.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us so we can resolve the problem. Photos of the item and packaging help, but do not limit your legal rights. We remain responsible for your order and will not require you to pursue the carrier yourself.
